ASBIS signs a distribution agreement with Edgecore Networks

ASBIS will offer Edgecore’s networking solutions to its clients in the EMEA region

In June 2022, value-added distributor ASBIS signed a partnership with Edgecore Networks, adding industry-leading hardware and software products to its growing portfolio of networking solutions. The agreement covers the EMEA region and includes all the 27 countries where ASBIS operates.

Edgecore Networks offers scalable, converged networking solutions for different customer needs, targeting data centers, telecommunication service providers, managed service providers, and enterprises.  The leading open networking solutions from Edgecore include a full line of open 1G-400G Ethernet switches, core routers, cell site gateways, virtual PON OLTs, packet transponders, and Wi-Fi access points. The underlying philosophy of Edgecore Networks is to provide professional wired and wireless solutions from the edge to the core.

“This is great news for us and a wide range of ASBIS clients in the EMEA region, who will now benefit from the increased choice, greater control, and lower TCO that the Edgecore’s products will provide. Trusting this distribution to the capable hands of our local teams, we expect nothing less than impressive results.” - commented Marek Horyl, Product Marketing Director at ASBIS.

“We are pleased to have ASBIS being one of Edgecore’s distribution partners in the EMEA market, extending our footprint in EMEA regions and introducing our leading networking solutions through ASBIS distribution networks. This is another important step on our way to transforming the way the world connects and we are confident that we will have many reasons to celebrate our partnership in the future” - said Michelle Shu, Sales VP of EMEA/CIS, Edgecore Networks.
